This notice explains what Haslet & Tilghman collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security.

How we use it

We use what you send to check for conflicts of interest and to reply to you. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The firm's lawyers and staff, and the service providers who host the website and our email, under their own confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after the conflict check, unless the law requires us to keep them. Client files are kept as the rules of professional conduct require.
